Building Codes
The Building Codes Department issues many types of permits within the city limits of Portland. These permits include but are not limited to new construction, re-models, demolition, swimming pools, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, moving, firework stands, and use and occupancy permits.

Business Office
The Business Office located on the back of City Hall at 100 S Russell Street handles all payments due to the City of Portland including utility, court, business license, permit fees, etc.
