Tier II Chemical Information
The State of Tennessee requires the use of the electronic Tier II submission program E-Plan as the primary means for companies operating in Tennessee to comply with Federal chemical inventory reporting requirements. The Portland Fire Department can view E-Plan Tier II online submissions. Paper copy submittals to the Portland Fire Department are no longer required.
