- Speeding: $150
- Other Moving Violations: $150
- Non-Moving Violation: $150
- Parking Violation: $150
- Insurance Violation: Contact Clerk
- Child Restraint: $50
- Seatbelt 1st Offense: $25
- Seatbelt 2nd Offense: $50
Note: Amounts due are subject to change and some violations cannot be paid prior to court. There will be a $25 court cost assessed for equipment, expired registration violations subject to dismissal. Present your citation at 433 N. Broadway prior to your Court Date.

Citations
Call the Court Clerk's office in order to find out the amount of your fines and costs, as well as possible options regarding your citation. To expedite the process, please have available the five digit citation number that is located in the upper right hand corner. Any incomplete or incorrect payments will be returned and the defendant will not receive credit for the payment. Note that when you remit a payment prior to your court date for a moving violation, this is the same as entering a plea of guilty.
Payment Options
You may pay in person, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm at 100 S Russell Street in the Court Clerk's office. Acceptable payment forms include:
- Cash
- Debit card
- Credit card (MasterCard and Visa)
- Cashier's check
- Money order
- Personal check
You may also pay by phone using your debit or credit card by calling 615-325-6776. Ext. 555
You may mail your ticket with a cashier's check, money order or personal check made payable to the City of Portland. Your payment must be received before your court date listed at the bottom of the ticket. Do not send cash in the mail.
Court Date
If there is a conflict with the court date that was assigned to you by the officer, you may review the available dates and a reasonable accommodation may be permitted. Do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns or questions that you may encounter.
