    PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTING A BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATION AND RECEIVING A LICENSE DOES NOT AUTOMATICLY GIVE THE BUSINESS THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH IN THE CITY LIMITS. 

     

    ALL NECESSARY DEPARTMENTS MUST BE CONTACTED FOR INFORMATION ON WHAT MAY BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITHIN PORTLAND CITY LIMITS.
