Calling all Portland High School Seniors-
The City of Portland will be hosting an Essay Contest, where we will search for a patriotic, American-themed essay from one of our PHS seniors.
The winner of the contest will be rewarded a $500 prize!
Sharpen those pencils and get your brains storming!
