The City of Portland Parks & Rec presents Trick or Treat at Richland Park, Thursday, October 31, from 5-7 pm. Vendors will be provided an area to hand out treats and may supplement their site with a tent or other decorations. The vendor whose staff displays the best costumes at their site will receive a free shelter rental for the business or organization.
VENDOR RULES
Vendors must remain on site for the duration of the event (until 7 pm).
Pre-wrapped candy only, no food or drinks may be handed out.
No vending or selling (no food, drink or product may be sold).
No amplified music. All effects should be limited to the vicinity of the vendor site. Vendor vehicles and trailers will be permitted in the Treat Zone.
SETUP
Vendor set up time will be from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. If a vendor needs an earlier set up time please let the Parks know and arrangements can be made.
No vehicles will be permitted in or out of the Treat Zone from 4:45 pm to 7:00 pm.
TEARDOWN / Shutdown Period
Vendors provide their own shutdown/teardown manpower.
ELECTRICITY
Vendors are permitted to use generators (provided by the vendor).
TREAT ZONE
Will be at the parking lot in front of the Soccer Facility at Richland Park.
