With a winter storm incoming, The City of Portland is prepping our roads to keep them as safe as possible. 

The Portland community has a mixture of roads under different jurisdictions, such as State, County, and City.

City of Portland will focus on clearing main collector city streets first, and then expand operations as able.

TDOT is responsible for Highways 109, 76, 52, 31.
