For non emergencies please call 615-325-3434, When calling the Portland Police Department please use the following commands to route your call:

  • Press 1 – for the Records Department
  • Press 2 – for the Criminal Investigation Department
  • Press 3 – for the Administration Office
  • Press 4 – for Vehicle Registration & Emissions Information
  • Press 5 – for Gas/Water/Sewer/Street after hours emergency
  • Press 6 – for Sex Offender Registration
  • Press 7 – for Sumner County Emergency Communications Center Dispatch (911 Dispatch Center)
