An ordinance to authorize the Mayor to enter into a development agreement with Portland Commerce Center, LLC for the installation of a 12” waterline throughout the property connecting Eubanks Road & Vaughn Parkway waterlines in Robertson County, including any water and sewer improvement fees, for Phase 1 of the Industrial development, Stateline Commerce Center, located off of Vaughn Parkway and Eubanks Road, Tax Map 012, Parcels 020.00 and 038.00 in Portland, Tennessee.
