Portland Is Your Place To Be Live - Work - Enjoy Life
Question Of The Month
- What do you believe is Portland's greatest weakness?
All cities have their strengths and weaknesses; and our city is no different. We are fortunate to have a safe and affordable place to live along with many opportunities to work close to home.
Good schools and open spaces makes Portland very desirable; we have seen this with an explosion in growth, but we also have areas that need improvement; such as the need for an adequate supply of water, improved roads, more retail development, and higher paying jobs.
These 4 categories are at the top of the list for many and they are areas the city has been working on to find solutions.
Go to our On-line Poll page to vote.
Also email the Mayor and let him know your thoughts.
Last Month's Poll:
Should the City move forward to provide infrastructure on Hwy 52 West to spur development, or should the City let development dictate when the services should be provided?
